Wulms Egg Group BV (hereinafter: WEG) processes information about individuals on a daily basis. WEG complies with the law in doing so. WEG respects the privacy of the persons about whom it receives information and treats the information strictly confidential. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data WEG processes and for what purposes. We recommend that you read this privacy statement carefully.

WEG processes different types of personal data, for different purposes. The personal data and purposes are explained below.
In order to provide our services, we need your name and contact details. In addition, we must, by law, identify you on the basis of a valid proof of identity (if necessary). Depending on the question that our services relate to in terms of content, we may need additional personal data. When necessary for our services, we provide your personal data to third parties.
To obtain new assignments, we collect commercially interesting information about companies, such as the position of a company in the market, the possible (further) interest of the company in our services and the people within the company with whom we want to get in touch. or have come. We collect contact details, notes based on (telephone) conversations and visit reports from those persons. We collect similar information about (potential) suppliers and service providers. This information is carefully organized and stored in a database that is only accessible to authorized employees. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interest.
WEG can be found on various social media. We may use your personal data when you use features on our websites. If such a function is used by you, we may obtain your personal data through our relevant social media.
WEG collects and processes data from applicants through personal contacts, by post, by e-mail and/or telephone conversations. We collect, among other things, the name, gender, contact details, motivation letters, information about the level of education and the employment history of the applicant. This data is relevant for going through the application procedure and will be deleted no later than 4 weeks after the end of the procedure. If you give permission for this, WEG can store your personal data for a longer period of time in its administration, so that you can be contacted again in the future.
WEG also processes personal data of employees, in the context of the employment contract and on the basis of legal bases. The employees of WEG have been informed about this.
We do not share your personal data with companies, organizations and individuals outside of WEG, except in one of the following circumstances.
Disclosure of your personal data to third parties is permissible when this is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you. In addition, we pass on your data to the mail deliverer/courier to deliver documents to you if necessary.
With your permission, we can pass on your personal data to other parties. The permission only applies if it is clear what you are giving your permission for and what the consequences are.
We provide personal data to our partners so that they can process data for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with our privacy policy and other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Our partners include our IT suppliers and our website administrator.
We share personal information when we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
If a legal obligation requires us to do so, we will provide your personal data.
WEG makes agreements with the recipients of your personal data to ensure that the personal data is treated confidentially and secured.
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary, unless we have a legal obligation to keep your personal data longer. Our basic principle is that we only keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. After this, we will delete your personal data as far as possible. For example, if you have provided your e-mail address so that we can keep you informed of our services, we will still store your data for this purpose.
WEG can transfer your personal data from the Netherlands to Abroad. Countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) have an equivalent level of protection of personal data as the Netherlands. With due observance of the general requirements of privacy laws and regulations, we can pass on your personal data. We can do this, for example, within our group for the benefit of good business operations.
You have a number of legal rights towards us: inspection, improvement or addition, data erasure, limitation of processing, transfer of digital data and the right to object. We will explain those rights below. We also explain how you can exercise these rights against us.
At your request, we will inform you in writing whether we process your personal data. With your request you must identify yourself by means of a copy of your driving license or identity document. In our response we will explain which personal data we have processed or are still processing, and we will provide you with a copy of this. We also explain for what purposes the data has been or will be processed, with whom the data is shared, how long it is expected to be stored, and what other rights you can assert.
If you have received insight into the processing of your personal data, you can request us to correct inaccuracies or to supplement incompleteness. We motivate our response. If we make improvements, you will receive an additional statement from us. Any recipients of your incorrect or incomplete data will also receive that statement.
You can request that we erase your personal data from our systems in one or more of the following cases:
If you have reported an inaccuracy or incompleteness in your personal data to us, you can request that we restrict the processing as long as we are processing your request. You may also ask us to limit the processing of your data if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully or no longer need it, or if you have objected to (further) processing thereof. After receiving your restriction request, we will only process the data after obtaining permission or for compelling reasons (such as legal proceedings).
If you have provided us with personal data in a structured, commonly used digital file format, and we have processed your data with your consent or in the performance of an agreement with you, you have the right to request a copy of this data from us. In those cases you can also ask us to forward your data directly to another service provider.
You may at any time object to the processing of personal data relating to you. This applies in particular to profiles that we have created based on your personal data. We will cease processing your data upon receipt of your objection, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you may object to this at any time and we will immediately cease the processing.

WEG will decide on your request within 4 weeks, unless we inform you within that period that we need a little more time. Are your personal data processed on the basis of your consent? Then you have the right to withdraw your consent. Any withdrawal of your consent will not affect previous processing based on it.
Functional (necessary) and analytical cookies are placed via our website. These cookies are necessary to enable navigation on the website. However, they are only valid for the duration of your browser session. The analytical cookies record how visitors use our website. This information is used to analyze the use of the website and to generate statistics. This helps WEG in understanding what website visitors are looking for and they can use that knowledge and experience to improve the website. The Google Analytics service is used for this. These cookies can never be traced back directly to individuals, so visitors to the website are always anonymous. A processing agreement has been concluded with Google. The last octet of the IP address is masked. Sharing of the data is turned off and no use is made of other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies. WEG treats the data and knowledge generated by means of the cookies confidentially, unless it is obliged, for example on the basis of legal provisions, to share this information.
Do you have a complaint about the use of your personal data? Then we refer you to the complaints procedure with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This body is authorized to take cognizance of your complaint.
